1. I

   Walk the site

   We look at the work in person. Drainage, footing, existing courses, what is actually failing and why. No estimate goes out from a photograph.

2. II

   Fixed written scope

   You get the material, the quantity, the joint profile and the price, in writing. If something changes once the wall is open, you hear it that day.

3. III

   The build

   One crew, start to finish. The site gets swept every evening and the material stays stacked out of your drive.

4. IV

   Cure and inspect

   Mortar is struck and cured properly, not rushed. We walk the finished work with you before the final invoice.
